1. Registered cleaners are not permitted to solicit themselves to work directly with the client. They are not allowed to share personal contact details to the client or agree to work with the client directly. This will lead to immediate termination of the contractor as well as a fine of $3000 for breach of Non-solicitation Agreement.
2. The payment of each site is calculated based on the estimate number of hours to be spent and the nature of the tasks to be performed. Once the site has been accepted by the cleaner, the price cannot be negotiated unless there are changes to the initial service contract.
3. The cleaner is required to pay 100% satisfaction guarantee to the client. The cleaner must not leave until the client has signed the satisfaction form.
4. If the cleaner does not show up for an accepted site or cancels the appointment within 10 hours prior to the scheduled time, the cleaner might be responsible to pay 5% of the contract pay if the company is unable to appoint alternative cleaners to the site.
5. If the client does not pay the whole cleaning amount payable due to any kind of complaint or dis-satisfaction, the agreed upon contract pay may not be paid to the contractor cleaner. This is situational and the entire scenario would be investigated thoroughly before reaching to a conclusion.
6. The registered cleaner is required to take before and after cleaning pictures which would be helpful in the event of any conflict.
7. If the company has provided the registered cleaner with any uniform, the cleaner is required to wear it at all times during the service.
8. In a situation where the customer is not satisfied with the cleaning and gives a bad review to the company, the company does provide some discount in order to compensate the unsatisfied client. 50% of such discount is paid by the company and the cleaner is liable to pay the remaining 50%.
9. The registered cleaner is not allowed to solicit himself/herself as an individual cleaner directly or indirectly. The cleaner is required to present himself as part of the Kepsten crew team only.
10. The registered cleaner is 100% responsible to maintain his/her cleaning supplies, tools and machinery.
11. The registered cleaner is responsible to pay his own taxes for the revenue earned as a contractor of Kepsten Cleaning Services.
12. In the event of accusation of breakage or theft of the belongings of the client, the cleaner is directly liable for it. The company has nothing to do with it.
13. The cleaner is required to provide the necessary documents as requested in the form. These include police verification, ID proof, proof of legal status, proof of covid vaccination, Company documents (if applicable)
